The Walking Dead Death Rankings (S6 Ep9 Preview)

Welcome back to Pegboards’ Walking Dead Death Rankings!

It feels like it’s been a long time since we got our fill of predicting fictional character’s deaths and to be honest these rankings themselves almost didn’t survive the first half of season 6! Alas Jesse and I are feeling revitalized to pull a “walker” and bring this blog back to life! Hopefully with less blood and guts though.

As a reminder every week Jesse and I will provide rankings based on who we think will die next. The further down the list, the more likely they are to die. We give ourselves points based on where the character is on our list. For instance, if Rick dies this week then Kevin will have four points and Jesse will have two points.

How did the first half of season 6 go you ask? Well Jesse and I have a history of ties. We tied in fantasy football, we tied in pick em and we are tied with our love of Leonardo DiCaprio. Unfortunately in this case we did not tie. Why did I bring up our history of ties then? Well Jesse has a 2 point lead over me and I am very upset about it and I want him to remember that he isn’t better than me. Last week fan favorite Glenn and fan unfavorite Nicholas met their gruesome deaths. Yay for our power rankings but boo for feel good television. Kevin at Glenn at 6 and Nicholas at 16. Jesse had Glenn at 7 and Nicholas at 19. Jesse leads 26 to 22.

This week Kevin wonders if Carl will make a move on Maggie and picks a new fan favorite to swoon over. Meanwhile, Jesse returns after a one-week hiatus and contemplates whether it would have been better to just stay away from this show for good.

Last episode we had a bloodbath of a battle in Alexandria leading to numerous gruesome deaths. None of which were the characters we ranked last week. Because the writers hate this blog.

Last week Carter died a vicious death which led a whopping zero points each for Jesse and Kevin. What do you expect? We rank over 20 people every week, we can’t get to them all.

This week Kevin ships Morgan and Carol and writes a poem for Enid. Meanwhile, Jesse vehemently denies accusations that he is a stalker. Good times!

Walking Dead Rankings Season 6 Episode 1

Welcome back to Pegboards’ Walking Dead rankings!  Just when you thought Pegboards was dead we come back with a fiery vengeance, just like the walkers.

Last season The Walking Dead finally came together to give us a thrilling and engaging season. And every week Jesse and I were here to provide rankings based on who we thought would die next. The further down the list, the most likely they are to die. We give ourselves points based on where the character is on our list. For instance, if Glenn dies this week then Kevin will have six points and Jesse will have seven points.

In our last season rankings Jesse somehow defeated the great Kevin by a score of 85 to 83. But Kevin’s energy and hustle really proved he is an intangible player for this dynamic duo and he should totally feel great about his efforts.

This week Kevin reminds you that a baby is on the show, introduces Tara 2.0 and compares Maggie to an NFL player. Meanwhile, Jesse gets distracted by the football game he is watching.
